The “Sustainability in Energy Management Seminar,” organized in collaboration with Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Applied Sciences, Yeşil Vatan Platform, Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV), and Istanbul Aydın University Center for Environment and Human Health Research and Application (ÇEVSAM), was successfully held on March 17, 2026.
In line with Yeşil Vatan Platform’s vision of environmental sustainability and social awareness, the seminar addressed the multifaceted relationship between energy management, the environment, and human health. Participants were informed about the importance of sustainable energy practices, recent developments, and strategic approaches for the future.
Dr. Yüksel Yalçın, General Manager of Istanbul Energy and Chairman of the Board of İSETAŞ, delivered a speech highlighting the impacts of sustainability policies in energy management on cities and society. The session was moderated by Dr. Vildan Bayram, Director of ÇEVSAM at Istanbul Aydın University.
